JJ McCarthy takes to Instagram amid QB battle with Cade McNamara after Week 1

JJ McCarthy is locked into a quarterback battle with fellow signal caller Cade McNamara, and following the Week 1 blowout against Colorado State, things are heating up.

McNamara started against Colorado State, while McCarthy is slated to get the start in Week 2 vs. Hawaii.

McNamara completed 9-of-18 es for 136  yards and 1 touchdown against the Rams. McCarthy came off the bench and completed 4-of-4 es for 30 yards. He also recorded 3 carries for 50 yards and a touchdown.

Michigan fans are already sold on McCarthy ahead of Week 2. He sure looked like the better option Saturday.
