Week 12 brought a wild and chaotic shift in college football and the College Football Playoff. Two B1G programs have even bigger odds to make the CFP after No. 5 Tennessee lost on the road 63-38 to South Carolina.
Several ESPN experts have released their updated CFP projections after Week 12. Here are who the analysts project will be at the top four of the CFP at the end of the season:

- Harry Lyles Jr.: 1. Georgia 2. Ohio State 3. Michigan 4. TCU
- Ryan McGee: 1. Georgia 2. Ohio State 3. TCU 4. USC
- Adam Rittenberg: 1. Georgia 2. Ohio State 3. Michigan 4. TCU
- Alex Scarborough: 1. Georgia 2. Ohio State 3. TCU 4. Michigan

7 of the 12 college football analysts believe that Ohio State will remain at No. 2 and Michigan will remain at No. 2. The other 5 analysts believe that a potentially undefeated TCU Horned Frogs will jump Michigan for the No . 3 spot.
All 12 of the experts believe that Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan, and TCU are the four teams to be in the CFP. USC and Clemson are the potential conference championship teams that could be left out of the final 4 at the end of the season.
