Ohio State comes in at No. 2 followed quickly by Michigan at No. 3. Penn State is the third and final B1G team to be included in Klatt’s top 10 rankings.

Ohio State is coming off a 43-30 road win over Maryland where the Buckeyes’ defense ed for a game-winning strip sack for a defensive touchdown on Taulia Tagovailoa with 9 seconds left in the game.

Michigan survived a tough defensive performance in a 19-17 home win against Illinois. Michigan scored three field goals, including the game-winning field goal with 9 seconds left in the game.

Penn State is coming off a 55-10 beatdown on the road versus Rutgers. The Nittany Lions had two defensive touchdowns and a 100-yard kickoff return from Nicholas Singleton.
